Dear Parents,

This day, I want to share with you the honour and privilege which has been bestowed on me by phenomenal accomplishment of my very own student Madhav Pathak, son of the very reputed Surgeon Dr. D.U. Pathak.

I call it as my honour and privilege because Madhav began his Journey of realizing his goal and shaping his dreams, with us, when he was admitted in Mulberry Heights Kindergarten in the year 1990. During his presence of three year with us he qualified as a bright and active student; always eager to learn the new and his desire to excel shown in his performance.

We gave him our best just like we do it all other children and Madhav imbibed all those tenets of being a disciplined and bright student with equal earnestness.

The day he passed out of Mulberry Heights Kindergarten, I knew some day he would carve a niche for himself. I could sense that radiance and brilliance in him.

At the age of 15 being in class IX he did just that; when he brought laurels to his school by bagging the 1^st prize awarded to him by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research. This prize was conferred on him for the outstanding feat of innovation in the field of science at such a young age. A certificate and cash prize of Rs. 50,000/- was awarded to him in his honour. More so as a mark of respect to him the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Science U.S.A. named a Planet after him. THE PLANET BEING PATHAK 12059.

Madhav represented India for the ‘Intel Science Discovery Fair’ at Kentucky, U.S.A. with regards to the same. Also WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) awarded as “Outstanding Student Inventor”. A person gets this award only once in his life time. This award is of world level. Very soon Madhav’s name will be in the Limca Book of records and Guinness Book of World Records-Youngest to have planet named after him. He has been honoured by various institutions all over the countries.

Madhav has done us all proud and gives me a sense of gratification and pride that we here at Mulberry Heights gave him a strong foundation on which he was able to build on edifice of his accomplishment.

As I begin each new day at the Mulberry Heights, I am looking forward to Judging another Madhav in all my students and you dear parents can help me do that.
